Hundley was a stud QB at UCLA before being drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 5th round of the 2015 NFL Draft. In his 4-year NFL career, he's been a backup for Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson. Brett Lloyd Hundley is the Executive Producer and co-owner of the comedy YouTube channel, Cow Chop. He is also a member of the Let's Play Family and an affiliate of Rooster Teeth Productions. This guy is as close of a replica of Donovan McNabb as you will find at the high school level in terms of measurables and physical tools. Hundley possesses terrific size, strength and a defined, muscular frame. He has tremendous upside as a passer with a terrific arm and the ability to make all the throws from within the pocket and also on the run. He is a spread offense signal-caller that is a huge part of this offense both with his legs and his arm. He displays excellent zip and strength to drive the ball downfield and can make throws to the wide sideline from the opposite hash with ease when his feet are set. Shows great RPM's to short and intermediate zones to fit the ball into tight spots. Has the size to see the field and while he plays in the spread due to his overall athleticism Hundley could easily be a pure pocket passer with his tools. Possesses an over-the-top delivery with good speed and the ball jumps out of his hand with good pop and power. When his feet are set, Hundley can really unleash the football and do some things you cannot coach much in the same way as Jeff Driskel. This offense changes the launch point for him and gets him out of the pocket often for him to e a run/pass factor and there are a lot of designed misdirection play-action passes that really enhance his ability to throw on the run. He is a bruising runner with speed, athleticism and great change-of-direction for the position. He can make you miss and run you over. He shows running back-type skills when he is utilized on designed runs and has the creative instincts to improvise and make things happen on broken plays. As with most athletic, spread QB's we have seen, taking snaps from under center and surveying the field while dropping back is an area that Hundley will need to focus on. He can be a bit robotic in his drops mostly due to the fact he does not do it much. He has great feet and we would expect him to continue to improve his three and five step drops with timing and anticipation of getting the ball out with more experience from under center. Overall, Hundley is a physically imposing athlete that can do it all. He has great upside to become more crisp and fluid in his mechanics as he is just entering into his second year as a fulltime starter.
